Terri was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, and launched her real estate career in 1994. With a strong foundation in loan processing, escrow, title, and sales, she brings over 30 years of comprehensive industry experience to her clients.
In 1997, Terri relocated to Big Bear, California, where she quickly established herself as a top-producing agent. In 1998, she set a record for the highest residential sale in local history—a record that stood for a decade. Throughout her career in Big Bear, she continued to lead the market, consistently achieving record-breaking sales in multiple neighborhoods.
In 2020, Terri returned to her home state of Florida to care for her aging mother, while continuing her passion for real estate. She represents a wide array of properties—from charming cottages to luxury estates—including waterfront homes, condos, golf course communities, equestrian properties, acreage, new construction, commercial real estate, and vacation homes.
