Joen began her real estate journey with a strong background in property management, education, business administration, and client service. Today, as a REALTOR® with Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage, she helps buyers, sellers, and families navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives with clarity, strategy, and genuine care.

With a Doctorate in Education in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, Joen has always had a passion for teaching and empowering others. That same passion is reflected in the way she serves her real estate clients—taking the time to explain each step, answer questions, review options, and make sure they feel supported from beginning to end.

Her professional background also includes experience as a notary public, financial consultant, business services provider, and educator, giving her a well-rounded perspective that allows her to guide clients beyond the transaction. Whether someone is buying their first home, selling a property, relocating, investing, or simply exploring their options, Joen’s goal is to provide honest guidance, practical education, and a smooth experience.

Since starting her real estate career, Joen has continued to grow, earning professional recognition, building strong client relationships, and becoming known for her dedication, resourcefulness, and commitment to serving the Hispanic community and families across Florida.
